This page provides California residents with controls and information for exercising their privacy rights regarding personal information collected through radwebmarketing.com, operated by ARK Media, Inc., doing business as RAD Web Marketing ("we," "us," or "our").

For details on the specific cookies and tracking technologies we use, see our Cookie Statement. For our full privacy practices, see our Privacy Statement.

If the button above does not display, scroll to the bottom of any page on our website and click "Cookie Settings" or "Manage Consent."

2. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know. Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share that information.
  • Right to Delete. Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction or complying with legal obligations).
  • Right to Correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. Direct us not to sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to specified purposes.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination. Receive equal service and pricing regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.

3. Our Position on Selling or Sharing Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share limited information with service providers and advertising platforms (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) for website analytics, performance measurement, and remarketing purposes — but only after you have provided consent through our cookie banner.

To the extent any sharing constitutes "sharing" under California law, you have the right to opt out using the consent management button in Section 1 above, or by submitting a request as described in Section 4.

4. How to Exercise Your California Privacy Rights

To exercise any of your California privacy rights, you may:

  • Use the consent management button in Section 1 above to opt out of non-essential tracking immediately
  • Email us at info@radwebmarketing.com with the subject "California Privacy Rights Request"
  • Call us at 707-205-3600
  • Mail a written request to the address in Section 7 below

When submitting a request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address or other contact information
  • A description of the specific right you are exercising
  • Sufficient information for us to verify your identity

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by California law. In some cases we may extend this period by an additional 45 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. You will receive equal service and access to our website regardless of the privacy choices you make.

5. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a privacy rights request on your behalf. We may require:

  • Written authorization from you to the agent
  • Verification of the agent's identity
  • Direct verification of your own identity with us

Authorized agent requests should be submitted using the same contact methods listed in Section 4 above, with documentation of the agent relationship included.

6. Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as a request from California residents to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required by California law. You don't need to take any additional action if you've enabled GPC in your browser, though we still recommend setting your cookie preferences using the button in Section 1 for complete control.

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on this page or through the cookie banner.
